Kosovo Peace Talks Intense

Host Bob Edwards talks with NPR's Melissa Block about the high level military talks in Macedonia to end the conflict in Kosovo. After nearly ten hours of talks in Macedonia, generals from NATO and Yugoslavia decided to take a rest after daybreak. The talks will continue face-to-face meetings later today.
