Serb Refugees

NPR's Andy Bowers reports that since the end of NATO's air war against Yugoslavia two separate mass of refugees have been created. As thousands of ethnic Albanians return home, Serb civilians are fleeing north to Serbia in fear of reprisal from the returning Albanians.
