Public Transportation

Brenda Tremblay of member station WXXI reports that Cynthia Wiggins a black teenager was killed after getting off a city bus in Buffalo in her way to work at a new suburban mall from her home in a poor neighborhood. The case is prompting an examination of public transportation policies. (
