NPR's Mary Kay Magistad reports that the World Bank is expected to approve a 160- million dollar loan for China today. The loan is be used in part to resettle some 60 thousand poor Chinese farmers to an area Tibetans regard as part of their historic territory. This has put the World Bank in the center of a political controversy.
