Congress' Gambling Study

NPR's Peter Overby reports on the report just delivered to Congress by the National Gambling Impact Study Commission. The group made 76 recommendations, which critics say are unlikely to have any effect. For one thing, the gambling lobby has pumped plenty of money into Washington...a potential conflict of interest that the Commission didn't address.
