Domestic Agendas

Having returned from the Balkans, President Clinton sent a signal today that he is ready to focus on his domestic agenda, with an assortment of policy proposals and swipes at a "do nothing" Republican Congress. GOP leaders, for their part, are not going to go quietly, and today they offered their own proposals as well. NPR's Brian Naylor reports on the dueling agendas.
