Lawlessness in Kosovo

Jacki talks to NPR's Andy Bowers from Pristina about the continuing violence in Kosovo. Shootings in a hospital and at the university, as well as continued looting and burning of Serb homes and shops has illustrated the limitations of the NATO peacekeeping force. Bowers says at times Kosovo's capitol resembles the wild west.
