Host Bob Edwards talks with Shafeeq Ghabra of the Kuwait information office about an order by the Emir of Kuwait that would give Kuwaiti women the right to vote and hold elected office starting in 2003. The Kuwaiti Parliament, who holds democratic elections this Saturday, will ultimately make the decision on the Emir's decree.
