NPR's David Molpus has the first of two reports on how last week's Supreme Court decisions on the Americans with Disabilities Act are likely to affect employers and employees. The Court ruled that people who can overcome physical impairments with simple devices or medication are not entitled to protection under federal anti-discrimination law.
