What's Next for Kosovo?

Noah speaks with Veton Surroi, the publisher of Koha Ditore, an Albanian-language daily. Surroi was also an independent member of the Kosovar Albanian delegation for the peace talks in Rambouillet, France. He joins us by phone from Budapest, Hungary. He lived in hiding in Pristina during the NATO airstrikes, and talks about how he survived, and his hope for the future. He says he hopes Kosovo can rebuild a pluralistic and democratic society, and doesn't see how it can as part of Serbia.
