Pristina - Disarmorment

NPR's Mike Shuster reports from Pristina that KFOR commanders say they're satisfied the Kosovo Liberation Army is complying with NATO orders to surrender weapons. The deadline for disarmament was midnight last night. A NATO spokesman said that by this morning, more than 37-hundred KLA fighters — believed to represent about a quarter of the force — had appeared at designated points to turn in their arms.
