Poverty Tour

In an effort to push his "new markets initiative", President Clinton is embarking tomorrow on what some are calling his "poverty tour" of economically depressed areas, from the Applachian Mountains to the the streeets of Los Angeles. Liane and NPR's Mara Liasson discuss the agenda and other items which will dominate the President's final months in office.
