Nuts and Bolts Safety

NPR's Peter Overby reports on a new law governing the industry that makes industrial strength nuts and bolts. Consumer advocates say much of the fastening hardware on the market in the United States is sub-standard and not properly tested. The fastener industry maintains that its product is safe.
