Clinton at Walgreens

NPR's Mara Liasson reports on President Clinton's visit last night to East St. Louis, Illinois, as part of a trip to promote investment in impoverished areas of the country. The President said economic opportunities can be created, when private investors take advantage of government incentives. He stopped at a new Walgreens Drug Store, the first new retail store in that East St. Louis neighborhood in 40 years.
