Immigration's Asylum Ruling

NPR's Barbara Bradley reports on a ruling by the nation's immigration court, which excludes domestic violence from its definition of persecution, in cases of women from other countries who apply for asylum in the United States. The immigration court ruling draws a distinction between persecution by governments and individual cases of wife beating.
