Clinton in S. Phoenix

NPR White House Correspondent Mara Liasson continues a report on President Clinton's "poverty tour". Today the president visits South Los Angeles to discuss a plan to bring a mix of private and public investment to the nation's poor communities. The visit is part of a national tour designed to focus attention on America's chronically under served towns and cities.
