Netanyahu Backs Palestinian State, With Conditions

Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu endorsed the idea of a Palestinian state for the first time Sunday — but with some strict restrictions. He also expressed support for Israeli settlements in the West Bank, a clear challenge to the Obama administration.
