GM Lawsuit

A jury in Los Angeles awarded six people 4.9 billion in a liability case against General Motors. The six were badly burned in an accident nearly six years ago. They charged GM knew about a faulty gas tank, but decided against a recall for cost considerations. It is the largest product liability award ever. NPR's Don Gonyea reports.
