Northern Ireland Peace Plan

Update Host Bob Edwards talks with NPR's Julie McCarthy about the troubled Northern Ireland Peace plan. The new Northern Ireland assembly is scheduled to meet for the first time today. Protestant politicians say they will not to sit in the power-sharing executive with the Catholic Sinn Fein until its guerrilla ally, the IRA, starts giving up its weapons.
