Patients' Bill of Rights

The Senate passed a Republican version of the "Patients' Bill of Rights." President Clinton has vowed to veto it. Dan Schorr discusses the bill with Bob Blendon, a health policy expert at Harvard University, and with Ed Howard, the executive vice president of the Alliance for Health Reform.
