Forrest Mars Sr., the founder of Mars Inc., the candy company, died earlier this month at the age of 95. Although he retired more than 20 years ago, he still had an influence on the company. Susan speaks with Joe Nocera, editor-at-large at Fortune Magazine about when a company founder dies, how does the company survive?
