Tourette Syndrome Lawsuit

NPR's Cheryl Corley reports that a man from suburban Chicago who suffers from Tourette syndrome has challenged his condo association's decision to oust him from his home. His neighbors say the man is disturbing their peace with his uncontrolled foot-stomping and shouting. The man has taken the condo association to court, saying he's protected by federal laws for the disabled.
