Fighting Floods

Minnesota Public Radio's Mary Losure reports on the battle against water in the Red River Valley between Minnesota and North Dakota. Farmers there are trying to control flooding on their land. But traditional flood control projects are stalled and environmental groups are trying to convince farmers to try new tactics in their fight against water.
