Former Pennsylvanians

NPR Business Correspondent Jack Speer reports on the effort Pennsylvania is making to attract people who have left the state to come home. The campaign centers around a six-minute video that promotes the state's booming high-tech economy. Earlier this year, the video was sent to about 4,000 former Pennsylvania residents.
