Penny Problem

NPR's Adam Hochberg reports on a problem with American currency...there's a shortage of pennies. People tend to discount them as money, and they lie around unspent in jars and coffee cans. But it's creating a problem for merchants, and now the Federal Reserve is asking people to please!...spend them.
