Republican Tax Cut Proposal

NPR's Brian Naylor reports on the difficulty Republican leaders in the House are having as they try to put together a majority to pass their tax cut proposal. They postponed a vote on the measure, which had been scheduled for yesterday, and spent the entire day trying to convince some members of their party to vote in favor of the bill.
