Host Bob Edwards talks with NPR's Sarah Chayes about protests by Yugoslav army reservists. They are angry with President Slobodan Milosevic for not paying back pay for their service in Kosovo. The reservists have been joined by Yugoslav opposition groups calling for Milosevic to resign. Opposition to Milosevic gained further ground yesterday when a former army chief of staff spoke out against him.
