Abortion Law

NPR's Kathy Lohr reports on a Florida law that requires minors to obtain parental permission before receiving an abortion. The measure has been challenged on constitutional grounds and the state has agreed to delay its enforcement until a circuit judge's ruling. The law had been scheduled to take effect July first.
