Greenspan Speaks

Liane speaks with business analyst Owen Ullman of USA Today about Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan. This past week, Greenspan hinted at a further raise in the interest rate, and told why he doesn't believe a tax cut is the wisest policy right now. Greenspan is approaching his 12th anniversary as chairman.
