Business Lunch

Noah speaks to Herman Berghoff, owner of the Berghoff restaurant in downtown Chicago. Berghoff says restaurants have been hurt in the past when the tax code was changed to eliminate deductions for business lunches. He says the days of three martini lunches are long past. Now, when people come in for business lunches, they drink iced tea and root beer.
