Woodstock '99, the three-day concert event in Rome, New York, bearing the name of the 1960's festival of peace and love, went up in flames last night. When concert-goers set fire to vendors' tents and trucks and began looting merchandise, police entered the fray in riot gear. Susan Arbetter of member station WAMC reports.
