Serbian Reservists Protests

NPR's Sarah Chayes reports from Nis in southern Serbia on the protests of Yugoslav army reservists. The reservists were called up to fight in Kosovo and the government has so far not paid them for their service. While the government has allocated funds for reservist pay, many of the soldiers reject the government's compensation plan.
