Heat - Neighbor Check

Linda speaks with Ruth Signs, who supervises the Meals on Wheels program in Polk County near Des Moines, Iowa. Signs talks about making rounds to shut-ins during the heatwave that is blanketing much of the eastern United States. Today, she had to remind a woman to turn on her fan, and reminded all the meal recipients to drink lots of water, even if they're not thirsty.
