NPR's Jennifer Ludden reports on yesterday's meeting of Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat. Barak said Arafat would respond within two weeks to an Israeli proposal to delay implementation for parts of the Wye land-for-security accord.
