Distributing Kosovo's Aid

NPR's Scott Simon reports on the relief effort in Kosovo. World nations and aid organizations promised more than $2 billion to rebuild war-ravaged Kosovo. In the small mountain town of Dragas disagreements over the distribution of aid is causing a great deal of confusion.
