In the shadow of another horrific gun tragedy, this time in Atlanta, the House has named its conferees for its Juvenile Justice bill, which includes major gun-control provisions. House GOP leaders have been criticized for failing to pass the measure, a version of which has already passed the Senate. NPR's Brian Naylor reports.
