War Tribunals

Neal Conan talks with Newsday correspondent Roy Gutman, who is also the co-editor of "Crimes of War" and South African Justice Richard Goldstone, who was the first prosecutor of the international war tribunals for Rwanda and the former Yugoslavia, about the successes, failures and future of international war tribunals.
