Liane speaks with Carl Cannon, White House correspondent for the National Journal, and Owen Ullmann, senior writer on economic policy for USA Today, about the tax cut bill that was passed in the Senate on Friday. The bill calls for a $792 billion cut, but is sure to be vetoed by President Clinton.
