China and Taiwan

NPR's Mary Kay Magistad reports on the increased tensions between China and Taiwan. Beijing is upset because last month Taiwan said it will consider official relations with the mainland to be on a state to state level. The United Stated has expressed concern and is calling for restraint on both sides.
