Tax Bill

Congress is in recess as Republican members go back to their home districts to try to sell their constituents on a 792 billion dollar tax cut. It's a bill President Clinton has vowed to veto. NPR's Peter Kenyon reports that the bill is part of a larger battle between Republican lawmakers and the White House.
