National Governors' Association

Brett Blume, from member station KWMU, reports on the National Governors' Association meeting in St. Louis. President Clinton spoke to the group yesterday about the Republicans' tax cut plan—passed by Congress last week. Also on the governors' agenda this week are education reform, tourism, urban sprawl and the protection of natural resources.
