Linda speaks with Paul Wertheimer (no relation to Linda) in Chicago, where he runs a company called "Crowd Management Strategies," about last night's crowd violence at the Dave Matthews Band concert in Hartford, Connecticut. Paul Wertheimer got his start as an expert on crowd management after 11 people were crushed to death at a Who concert in Cincinnati nearly 20 years ago. He says while it's sometimes the music that causes the violence, the venue is often more to blame. (3:30) MUSIC HERE: "Rapunzel" by The Dave Matthews Band from the CD Before These Crowded Streets
