Host Susan Stamberg talks with NPR's Michelle Kelemen in Moscow about today's vote in Russia's parliament on whether to confirm President Boris Yeltsin's latest choice for Prime Minister, Vladimir Putin. The former KGB agent and national security chief is Yeltsin's fourth Prime Minister in the last 17 months.
