NPR's Claudio Sanchez reports on a suit being filed in federal court by a student in Oklahoma. The suit charges her high school with violating her fourth amendment protection against unreasonable search and seizure by requiring her to submit to drug testing. The Supreme Court has ruled that drug testing is allowed for student athletes, but the suit maintains she is being tested for activities that are directly tied to academic courses...and she could lose academic credit if she refuses to be tested.
