Northeast Farming

Jim Wallace of West Virginia Public Radio reports this year's drought has put a strain on farming in the Northeast. Many farmers have been forced out of business. In West Virginia, Congress granted drought-stricken farmers 11-million dollars in aid to help compensate for their losses.
