Host Madeleine Brand talks with Linda Dalch, president of the Virginia Foundation of Independent Colleges about a new Internet-based standardized test called TEX.XAM. According to Dalch, the VFIC hopes that TEX.XAM will soon become the newest tool for gauging tech-savvy job candidates.
