Anthem, Arizona

Madeleine visits Anthem, Arizona, a new planned city for 50,000 outside Phoenix. It's been in the works for ten years and has all sorts of amenities: stores, schools, roads—and plenty of rules about what you can and can't do. But some environmenalists are worried that planned communities like Anthem are eroding what's left of the Arizona desert.
