When, after months of backbreaking work at sea, a sailor docks in a foreign land, they're often challenged to find a way to spend their time, let alone groceries or medical care. From the Great Lakes Radio Consortium, Karen Kelly reports on the thousands of sailors who arrive every day in American ports, and the volunteer services set up to help them.
