Planned Prison in California

Suzanne Marmion of member station KXJZ reports on California's plans for a new prison facility, to be built near the agricultural town of Delano. Democratic Governor Gray Davis and the Democrat-controlled California legislature approved the project, arguing that the state needs more space to alleviate dangerous overcrowding at other prisons.
