Gun Buy-Back

Washington DC is in the midst of a guns-for-cash exchange program, and the number of people bringing guns to local police stations has far exceeded expectations. Linda talks with Jon Vernick, Associate Director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Gun Policy and Research. They discuss gun exchange programs in many U.S cities, and whether they reduce violent crime.
